ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The Saginaw Valley State University men's soccer program traveled to Minnesota Sunday afternoon to face St. Cloud State. The Cardinals (8-4-0, 5-3-0 GLIAC) defeated the Huskies (7-6-0, 5-4-0 GLIAC) for the second time in the last 10 days with a 2-1 victory. The four-game win streak started last Friday with a 3-0 victory over SCSU and also started a four-game losing streak for the Huskies.

TIFFIN, Ohio – The Saginaw Valley State University men's soccer program stayed undefeated in the 2024 season Saturday afternoon after defeating Northwood 4-1 in a neutral site game played at Tiffin University. The Cardinals (3-0-0) outshot the Timberwolves (0-2-1) 18-5 and didn't allow a single corner kick leading the category 12-0. SVSU captured the lead early as Sheikh Manneh scored his first of the season in the sixth minute of the match.

TIFFIN, Ohio – The Saginaw Valley State University men's soccer program road trip continued Thursday afternoon as the team took on the No. 11 Tiffin University at Paradiso Soccer Field. Mzo Mthembu scored all three goals for the Cardinals (2-0-0) within a 10-minute span in the second half to win 3-2 against the Dragons (1-1-1). A scoreless first half was led by Tiffin in shots 5-3 and shots on goal 3-0 as the Cardinals goalkeeper Nick Kay stopped all three shots he faced.
