Nabeelah Shabbir’s Biography

Ten years between pan-European citizen journalism magazine cafebabel.com in Paris and The Guardian in London. Co-author at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, based in Oxford, on reports covering the future of digital-born media.

I write, report, edit and translate. Some past work:

  • Refugee journalism comics project (Deutscher Comicverein e.V.)
  • 'The Future of Britain Project', Financial Times, London
  • Twitter (Olympic Games 2015)
  • 'Global Diaspora Day', first edition, with AFFORD UK and MADE, London
  • Off-grid energy reporting around the world for the Smart Villages Initative, by e4sv.org.
