ABSTRACT The hypothesis-generating case study aimed at identifying those who are sensitive to anti-PD-L1 and TGF-β bifunctional fusion proteins and exploring potential mechanisms in the treatment of recurrent cervical cancer. We report that recurrent cervical cancer treated with anti-PD-L1 and TGF-β bifunctional fusion proteins in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University show distinct clinical therapeutic outcomes.

Abstract : Background: Data on epidemiologic features, treatments and outcomes in women diagnosed with ovarian malignancy during pregnancy are very sparse due to its low incidence. The goal of our study was to summarize the epidemiologic characteristics of pregnant women complicated with ovarian malignancy and investigate the safety and efficacy of chemotherapy during pregnancy.
