ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Scattered showers and storms are expected to impact the upper Midwest late in the day on Wednesday. A few of the storms could produce heavy rain and strong winds. Wednesday’s Outlook: Quiet conditions with partly cloudy skies in the morning on Wednesday. Temperatures will warm into the low and mid-80s by the afternoon. A cold front will sag southward throughout the day and serve as the focal point for thunderstorm development.
