All five authors (A.A., N.D., P.K., M.M. and V.N.) are salaried employees of Ultrahuman Healthcare Pvt Ltd, which developed the Blood Age clock evaluated here and manufactures and sells the Ultrahuman Ring AIR and the Ultrahuman M1 continuous-glucose platform from which the validation physiology was recorded. That employment is the authors' competing interest. Two safeguards bear on the results reported here and are stated for the reader to weigh.
