Moon Knight instalockers are everywhere at lower ranks, but as you climb the ranked ladder, the hero isn’t as prevalent as he was in earlier seasons. Marvel Rivals players now think he’s a lethal Duelist—if you can land your shots. Moon Knight has a three out of five-star difficulty rating in Marvel Rivals, making him a challenge to learn. One player, however, questioned the hero’s difficulty in a March 18 Reddit post, wondering whether playing Moon Knight requires next to no skill.

Marvel Rivals players are on the same wavelength about the viability of having three Duelists in their team—and they agree that two adjustments must be made to ensure it works. A player asserted in their March 17 Reddit post that DPS comps are “not necessarily bad,” highlighting the lack of coordination as the primary reason why this certain composition fails most of the time in Marvel Rivals.

Marvel Rivals players agree the ranked system needs a hard reset after seeing the not-so-surprising rank distribution—especially at the higher tiers. There are significantly more players in Grandmaster Three (26,244) than in Platinum One (18,394) and Gold One (18,195), according to the Marvel Rivals Tracker’s recent Season 1.5 rank distribution (for almost 500,000 PC players).
