Mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles in diabetes: immunomodulation and therapeutic prospects
Abstract Diabetes mellitus is characterized by chronic hyperglycemia, immune dysregulation, and progressive multi-organ injury. Mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles(MSC-EVs) have emerged as cell-free mediators capable of transferring bioactive cargo and modulating immune, metabolic, and regenerative responses.
Evaluation of Curcuma Radix’s protective effects on diabetic retinopathy based on network pharmacology and experimental validation
Abstract The potential protective effects of Curcuma Radix on diabetic retinopathy were investigated through network pharmacology, molecular docking, and cellular experiments. Network pharmacology results identified four primary active ingredients and twenty key target molecules; Protein-protein interaction network analysis revealed that the core targets regulated by Curcuma Radix in DR include AKT2, RAF1, IL6, IRS1 and IGF1R.
Reversal of canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway attenuates gestational diabetes mellitus-induced offspring cardiac hypertrophy: mechanistic insights into pathological remodeling
Abstract Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), a prevalent prenatal metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia occurring in approximately 9.2% of pregnancies globally, imposes significant cardiovascular risks on offspring, including developmental cardiac hypertrophy and long-term functional impairment. Despite its clinical importance, the molecular mechanisms governing GDM-induced cardiac malformations remain elusive.
PANoptosis in diabetic retinopathy: immunological insights into mechanisms and translational therapies
Abstract Diabetic retinopathy (DR), a leading cause of blindness, is driven by hyperglycemia-induced neurovascular damage.

Study of the Design and Mechanical Properties of the Mix Proportion for Desulfurization Gypsum-Fly Ash Flowable Lightweight Soil
3.1. Flowability Research 3.1.1. The Influence of Cement Content and Silt Content on Fluidity In this study, flowability tests were conducted on the design mix proportion in to investigate the influence of cement content and silt content in the cementitious material on the flowability of the desulfurization gypsum–fly ash flowable lightweight soil. The relationship between cement content, silt content, and fluidity was analyzed, as shown in Figure 9.
Transcriptome-wide association study reveals novel susceptibility genes for coronary atherosclerosis
Introduction Coronary artery disease (CAD), a leading global cause of death, is influenced by lifestyle, interactions of environmental, genetic risk factors and so on (1). Environmental and lifestyle factors were well-established coronary atherosclerosis risk factors, including physical activity, body mass index (BMI), smoking, healthy diet score and blood pressure (BP), total cholesterol (TC) and fasting plasma glucose (FPG), as defined by American Heart Association (2, 3).

Surface integrity of laser-assisted turning of the GH4169 alloy
Abstract The unique properties of GH4169, such as low thermal conductivity, high strength at high temperatures, and work hardening characteristics, make it difficult to machine. As an effective way to improve the machinability of materials, laser-assisted machining (LAM) has the advantages of reducing the cutting force, restraining chatter, improving productivity, and prolonging tool life.
