Barbecue Smoke Absorbed Through Your Skin Could Give You Cancer, Study Says
Even if you don’t breathe it in, smoke from your barbecue could be putting you at risk according to a new study published in the journal Environmental Science & Technology. A research study published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science reports that chewing gum while walking increases heart rates for men and women and also burns more calories for men.
Glazed Carrots and Shrimp with Miso

The chain has removed approximately 38,000 bags of Four Seasons Mixed Vegetables packaged at a supplier’s facility in Belgium, according to The Sun.

When the pasta has cooked, strain and return pasta to the cooking pot.
Instant Pot Indian Chicken Curry
In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice and salt and rub the mixture all over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for about 2 hours or overnight. Turn your Instant Pot on to “Sauté” mode and melt the butter or ghee. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Turn the Instant Pot off to avoid burning your spices, then add all the spices to the pot and allow to warm until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Switch back on in saute mode and add the chicken.
Celery Root in a Chinese Stir-Fry
Put the oil into a wok or a 10-inch skillet over medium heat; when it is hot, add the Sichuan peppercorns and cook until they darken in color but have not burned. Turn off the heat and, with a slotted spoon or a fork, remove the peppercorns and discard: the oil will retain enough of their virtues to add a gentle jolt to the dish. Cut the top and bottom off the celery root to provide a flat surface to rest on your cutting board, and peel it ruthlessly, right down to the ivory colored flesh.
Cholula & Beer-Braised Pork Tacos
Preheat a large slow cooker on the low setting for at least 20 minutes. Pat the pork shoulder dry with paper towels and season it very well all over with salt and the pepper. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil, and when the oil is shimmering, add the pork shoulder and sear it for 5 minutes per side, until golden. Transfer the pork to the slow cooker.
