Spring is a special time for many reasons. The weather warms, the sun comes back out, and flowers begin to bloom. Here at NYU, we are used to the annual buzz of excitement that comes with the approach of graduation. This year, however, we can’t quite celebrate this momentous event in our students’ lives as we usually would. That’s why it was so important to us at CDS to take the time to write this message to the graduating class of 2020.

By Olivia Loving One of our favorite parts of New York City is its many independent bookstores. Even more than these bookstores, we love their cats. The Corner Bookstore, located in Manhattan, might spark memories for those of you who grew up on the Upper East Side: It has a healthy children’s section, a jingly welcoming bell, and — most importantly — a cat.
