Tybee Island Police and emergency personnel are currently searching the area of the Back River for a teenager who went missing while in the water.Just before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 5th, Tybee Island emergency personnel responded to the area of the Inlet Avenue beach access in reference to a report of swimmers in distress.
