Whitney Ringrose arrived at hospital to find "tubes coming all out of" her son, Jamal, after she learned he had been stabbed on Dudden Hill Lane, Dollis Hill, on the evening of May 30. Jamal spent days in critical condition in hospital but remained "reactive with his eyes," giving Whitney a glimmer of hope.

Kamahl Cameron-Williams was found suffering knife wounds on Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, in the early hours of June 21. The 31-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. Forensics flocked to the busy road, with a number of crime scenes erected. Officers have now arrested six people on suspicion of murder.

Second teen charged with murder after stabbing of boy, 17

A second boy has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing. The 15-year-old from Wandsworth, who cannot be named for legal reasons due to his age, was charged on June 22 with murder and possession of a bladed article. He is the fourth person to have been arrested in connection to the investigation into the incident on June 20, and is due to appear at Ealing Magistrates' Court today (June 23).
