MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Starting July 1, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi will be enacting multiple new laws. Quite a few new laws are going into effect, and many of them should be on your radar. Starting Wednesday, the state of Tennessee is banning all hemp products containing a THC concentration of 0.3% or higher. That’s going to affect all smokable products, but you may still be able to buy edible and vape products with lower concentrations.
