Oxford Advisory Group’s Biography

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with a presence in Sarasota, Jacksonville, Tampa, Mount Dora, and South Carolina, Oxford Advisory Group is a private, family-owned retirement planning and wealth management firm. As an independent Registered Investment Advisor, the organization focuses on supporting high-net-worth pre-retirees and retirees seeking thoughtful financial guidance. Its services include retirement income planning, estate planning, Social Security strategies, required minimum distribution planning, and tax-conscious wealth guidance to help individuals navigate financial decisions and avoid common retirement challenges, including unnecessary tax burdens.

Founded in 2019, Oxford Advisory Group was established by two brothers whose personal experiences influenced the firm's creation. After witnessing how poor financial and tax advice could lead to damaging retirement outcomes, they decided to build an organization that emphasizes financial education and tax-efficient planning. Their goal became helping individuals and families better understand retirement decisions so they can approach the future with greater preparation and confidence.

In only a few years, Oxford Advisory Group received recognition for its growth and its commitment to serving clients. In 2024, the firm was included on a national list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, reflecting strong revenue growth from 2021 to 2023. The following year, it was also recognized as one of Orlando’s Best Places to Work and received community awards in Central Florida for financial advisory and wealth management services.

Earlier in 2026, Oxford Advisory Group celebrated the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of its newly expanded office in Mount Dora, Florida. The opening marked an important step in the firm’s continued development and its effort to strengthen service for individuals and families throughout the region. The expanded location reflects the organization’s intention to improve accessibility to retirement planning and financial guidance for those seeking long-term financial stability.
