The accurate downscaling of LST data is essential for applications in agriculture, forestry, and climate change studies. For this, the primary aim of the present study is to downscale MODIS LST from 1,000 m to 90 m in similar geo-environmental conditions using an RF regression model. In this regard, the exact retrieval dates of Landsat 9 and MODIS LST were considered for validation across different months.
