1. Introduction With the rapid advancement of modern science and technology, ground target tracking technology has increasingly become a focal point of research [1]. Ground target tracking systems are primarily categorized into active and passive tracking systems. In current land warfare where anti-radiation missiles and electronic jamming are extensively employed, active tracking systems are prone to exposing their locations and have poor anti-surveillance and anti-jamming capabilities.

Land consolidation in China is seen as a key strategy to increase resource use efficiency while maintaining high yields, yet it often reduces crop diversity. Reconciling consolidation, diversity and agricultural technology is key for food and nutrition security.
