Dear Doctor, thank you for all your struggles to become a doctor. Thank you for the sleepless nights and all the hard work you put in to gain the skills to treat my cancer. Have I ever told you how grateful I am for you? Before expressing my gratitude, I would like to apologise. I am sorry I got this cancer. Thank you for making me realise that getting this cancer was my fault.
