Reflections of a Former Ed Reformer SOURCE: Connecticut History I was driving through Connecticut this past weekend, on my way to my wife’s high school reunion, when it hit me. It was 14 years this week when the education reform package I helped champion in the Nutmeg State became law. In a state known as the “land of steady habits” (meaning nothing ever changes), these landmark reforms were the largest, most significant education improvements Connecticut had ever, and still has ever seen.
