Bosses at Bosch Rexroth in Glenrothes have denied “deliberately engineering” a dispute with staff which has seen them accused by a union of making workers £1,000 per month “worse off”. The company hit out at Unite the Union’s claims, which they said contained a number of “factual inaccuracies” ahead of a strike ballot. In August worried workers contacted The Courier to say the changes amount to a “fire-and-rehire” policy, because of the lack of redundancy options put forward.
