Pavan Srinath’s Biography

I am an independent public policy Researcher from the life sciences and a bilingual podcaster.

I host The Pragati Podcast and the Thale-Harate Kannada Podcast. I also produce and occasionally host the BIC Talks Podcast for the Bangalore International Centre.

I write technical and analysis-based op-eds and have written for the Times of India, Hindustan Times, Live Mint, The Hindu, Deccan Herald, and elsewhere.

I also teach public policy, urban governance, health and science policy, government budgeting, and other topics, and also conduct research and take on consulting assignments on the same.
