Rochester City Council members will be asked Monday whether they want to pursue one of the options for building a 200,000- to 250,000-square-foot structure designed for a variety of indoor sports.

Two months after Olmsted County commissioners asked representatives of the Southeast Minnesota Performing Arts Center Committee and Spark Children's Museum to determine whether they could both build on the site in the shadow of the iconic ear-of-corn watertower, the answer remains unclear.
