Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is a common condition for which 12.6% of women will undergo surgery [1]. While there are various surgical options, mesh-augmented repairs are commonly performed to aid in long-term durability. Initially, sacrocolpopexies were performed via laparotomy with hysterectomy; subsequently, minimally invasive approaches sought to improve surgical outcomes and reduce morbidity [2]. Since then, variations in approach and uterine-sparing options have been reported.
