Any one using social media can make a comment. The news will just be news as usual.

Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

Don't have one.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

A level of responsibility to readers. Virtually everything that happens - is a possible story. It means I have a fantastic career ahead.

What's the funniest news-related #hashtag you've seen?

None

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

Not sure. Still thinking about it.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Microsoft word 2013. Laptop. Pen, pencil. Scrap paper. Dictionary. USB. Printer/Scanner/Photocopier. Dictaphone.

What's your favorite social network?

Don't have a favourite.

Who do you wish followed you?

Those interested in sports, music and transport for now. Anyone who enjoys a good read.

Why did you become a journalist?

To express events in writing. Bring fresh stories for readers to enjoy. I am able to word my articles in a unique way and keep them simple.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

No.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Interview with Phil Buchanan. Manager for music label Kongo records. He managed Omar, UK most successful R&B singer.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Be real. Take time to learn the business. Read as much as you can. Most of all - enjoy.
