Distinguishing chronic myeloid leukemia in megakaryocytic blast crisis from de novo Ph+ acute megakaryoblastic leukemia: a case report and systematic review
Abstract Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) with megakaryoblastic blast crisis (MKBC) as the initial manifestation is extremely rare, accounting for less than 3% of all CML cases. Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute myeloid leukemia, FAB M7 subtype (Ph+ AML-M7), is also known as Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (Ph+ AMKL), representing a distinct and prognostically unfavorable category of AML.
Imaging of nanoscale polar textures in quantum paraelectric SrTiO 3
Abstract When cooling towards a ferroelectric phase transition, collective atomic motions (phonons) slow down (soften) until a static atomic displacement pattern forms, giving rise to spontaneous polarization throughout the material1. However, in quantum paraelectrics such as strontium titanate (SrTiO3), long-range ferroelectric order does not develop at low temperatures due to persistent quantum fluctuations of ionic positions2,3. In SrTiO3, quantum paraelectricity emerges below Tq ≈ 40 K refs.

Polar nano-regions enable large spin Hall conductivity in metallic PtCoO 2
|
Abstract Spin-source materials for spintronic devices are required to convert charge currents into spin currents efficiently and maintain minimal electrical losses. However, conventional strategies to enhance charge–spin conversion often come at the cost of increasing ohmic dissipation. Here we demonstrate that introducing polar lattice distortions into a highly conductive metal can overcome this trade-off.

Synergistic engineering of fluorine doping Fe x Mn 1-x MoO 4 /graphene heterojunction as ultrahigh-rate anode for LIBs
Abstract The development of advanced anode materials is critical for high-energy and high-power lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). Conventional conversion-type anodes, such as transition metal molybdates, suffer from poor conductivity, severe volume expansion, and structural degradation, leading to rapid capacity fading. To overcome these limitations, we propose a synergistic design strategy that integrates heterojunction engineering with fluorine doping.

Abstract Freestanding functional membranes open a promising avenue to the fabrication of flexible electronic devices. To date, research has mainly focused on perovskite-like oxides with pseudocubic structures. Investigation of freestanding hexagonal oxide materials is severely restricted due to the lack of a proper sacrificial layer.
Moiré enhanced flat band in rhombohedral graphene - Nature Materials
Abstract The fractional quantum anomalous Hall effect (FQAHE) is a fascinating emergent quantum state characterized by fractionally charged excitations in the absence of a magnetic field. Recently, the FQAHE has been observed in aligned rhombohedral pentalayer graphene on BN (aligned R5G/BN)1 with moiré potential.
High-temperature ferrimagnetic order triggered metal-to-insulator transition in CaCu3Ni2Os2O12 - Nature Communications
Abstract Ferromagnetic order-induced insulator-to-metal transitions via the double exchange mechanism have been studied widely. In contrast, ferromagnetic or ferrimagnetic spontaneous magnetization induced metal-to-insulator transitions (MITs), especially occurring above room temperature, remain extremely limited, although such magnetoelectric materials hold great potential for low-loss multifunctional electronic and spintronic devices.
Sub-nanometer depth resolution and single dopant visualization achieved by tilt-coupled multislice electron ptychography - Nature Communications
Abstract Real-space, three-dimensional imaging of atomic structures in materials science is a critical yet challenging task. Although scanning transmission electron microscopy has achieved sub-angstrom lateral resolution through techniques like electron ptychography, depth resolution remains limited to only 2 to 3 nanometers using single-projection setups.
Unveiling an in-plane Hall effect in rutile RuO2 films - Communications Physics
Abstract The in-plane-magnetic-field-induced Hall effect (IPHE) observed in Weyl semimetals and PT-symmetric antiferromagnets has attracted increasing attention, as it breaks the stereotype that the Hall effect is induced by an out-of-plane magnetic field or magnetization. To date, the IPHE has been discussed mainly for materials with low-symmetry crystal/magnetic point groups.
Manipulating the symmetry of photon-dressed electronic states - Nature Communications
Abstract Strong light-matter interaction provides opportunities for tailoring the physical properties of quantum materials on the ultrafast timescale by forming photon-dressed electronic states, i.e., Floquet-Bloch states. While the light field can in principle imprint its symmetry properties onto the photon-dressed electronic states, so far, how to experimentally detect and further engineer the symmetry of photon-dressed electronic states remains elusive.
Voltage control of multiferroic magnon torque for reconfigurable logic-in-memory - Nature Communications
Abstract Magnons, bosonic quasiparticles carrying angular momentum, can flow through insulators for information transmission with minimal power dissipation. However, it remains challenging to develop a magnon-based logic due to the lack of efficient electrical manipulation of magnon transport. Here we show the electric excitation and control of multiferroic magnon modes in a spin-source/multiferroic/ferromagnet structure.
Observation of dichotomic field-tunable electronic structure in twisted monolayer-bilayer graphene - Nature Communications

Evolution of the flat band and the role of lattice relaxations in twisted bilayer graphene - Nature Materials
Abstract Magic-angle twisted bilayer graphene exhibits correlated phenomena such as superconductivity and Mott insulating states related to the weakly dispersing flat band near the Fermi energy. Such a flat band is expected to be sensitive to both the moiré period and lattice relaxations. Thus, clarifying the evolution of the electronic structure with the twist angle is critical for understanding the physics of magic-angle twisted bilayer graphene.
Acoustic-driven magnetic skyrmion motion - Nature Communications
Abstract Magnetic skyrmions have great potential for developing novel spintronic devices. The electrical manipulation of skyrmions has mainly relied on current-induced spin-orbit torques. Recently, it was suggested that the skyrmions could be more efficiently manipulated by surface acoustic waves (SAWs), an elastic wave that can couple with magnetic moment via the magnetoelastic effect.

Emergent zero-field anomalous Hall effect in a reconstructed rutile antiferromagnetic metal - Nature Communications
Abstract The anomalous Hall effect (AHE) that emerges in antiferromagnetic metals shows intriguing physics and offers numerous potential applications. Magnets with a rutile crystal structure have recently received attention as a possible platform for a collinear-antiferromagnetism-induced AHE. RuO2 is a prototypical candidate material, however the AHE is prohibited at zero field by symmetry because of the high-symmetry [001] direction of the Néel vector at the ground state.
