All ticks were homogenized, and the filtered supernatant was used for isolation tests. The viral strain YB_tick_2023_236, isolated from H. longicornis collected from Banshi village (130°38′E, 42°95′N) of Hunchun City, induced CPEs in both Vero and SW-13 cell lines following inoculation but not in BHK-21 or MDBK cells.
