Paternal exercise confers endurance capacity to offspring through sperm microRNAs
Keywords sperm microRNA exercise endurance capacity PGC-1α NCoR1 mitochondrial biogenesis Introduction Emerging evidence supports the heritability of exercise-induced benefits, indicating that parental physical activity may serve as an effective preventive strategy against physical inactivity and chronic diseases in offspring.

One-pot Preparation of Anionic Ions Stabilized Gold Nanoparticle with Low SERS background for Detecting Reaction Intermediates under Strong Oxidative Conditions
One-pot Preparation of Anionic Ions Stabilized Gold Nanoparticle with Low SERS background for Detecting Reaction Intermediates under Strong Oxidative Conditions Gold nanoparticle-based surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates exhibit better chemical stability compared to silver ones, making them suitable for characterizing reaction intermediates under strong oxidants like H2O2.
Comprehensive mapping and modelling of the rice regulome landscape unveils the regulatory architecture underlying complex traits
Abstract Unraveling the regulatory mechanisms that govern complex traits is pivotal for advancing crop improvement. Here we present a comprehensive regulome atlas for rice (Oryza sativa), charting the chromatin accessibility across 23 distinct tissues from three representative varieties. Our study uncovers 117,176 unique open chromatin regions (OCRs), accounting for ~15% of the rice genome, a notably higher proportion compared to previous reports in plants.
CAFs Homologous Biomimetic Liposome Bearing BET Inhibitor and Pirfenidone Synergistically Promoting Antitumor Efficacy in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma
1 Introduction Pancreatic cancer is a devastating malignancy characterized by a high fatality rate,[1] primarily attributed to the formidable challenges in early diagnosis.[2] BRD4, a member of the Bromodomain and Extraterminal (BET) protein family, is a promising target for anticancer drugs due to its involvement in organizing super-enhancers (SEs) and regulating the expression of oncogenes.[3] Inhibiting BRD4 disrupts the communication between SEs and target promoters, leading to the...
