Abstract Gender dysphoria is a condition characterized by distress due to a mismatch between a person’s gender identity and their assigned gender at birth. This study aimed to compare sexual satisfaction and complication rates in patients undergoing feminizing gender affirming surgery (fem-GAS) using two techniques: standard penile inversion vaginoplasty (PIV) and robotic peritoneal vaginoplasty (RPGAV). We conducted a retrospective analysis data from a prospective registry (2017–2022).

Abstract Data from patients with suspicious lesions on multiparametric magnetic resonance (mpMRI) and a diagnosis of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) who underwent radical prostatectomy (RP) were collected. The aim was to compare csPCa sites identified through whole-mount pathological analysis (WMA) after RP with PI-RADS ≥ 3 lesions identified on mpMRI, and with csPCa foci detected through targeted-biopsy (TB) or combined targeted + systematic biopsy (TSB).

The introduction of the Single-Port (SP) platform in 2018 has enabled transvesical approach to SP-RASP with promising outcomes. Our aim was to describe the functional and urinary continence outcomes of SP-RASP.
