HURLOCK, Md. — Dramatic video captured the exact moment a tornado formed directly over a refrigeration truck at a Dorchester County business during Saturday’s severe weather outbreak. Eddie James, of Koski Enterprises off Williamsburg Road, shared security camera video of the tornado striking the business. The National Weather Service is sending a storm survey crew to the area Wednesday to investigate nearby damage, map the debris path and determine the official strength of the tornado.
