Gang life and God. Only a miracle could bring them together. We are posting a serial story from 2002 that told the story of evangelist Ron Halverson. A heavy hand clamped down on Ron Halvorsen’s shoulder from behind. He heard someone growl, “There you are. I’ve been lookin’ for you.” In spite of the brisk breeze blowing in from the ocean, Ron began to sweat. He knew that voice. It belonged to the leader of one of the local teenage gangs.
