Regulatory T cell depletion promotes myeloid cell activation and glioblastoma response to anti-PD1 and tumor-targeting antibodies
In the originally published version of this article, an older version of Figure 4 was used. This older version lacked one of the panels, leading to a misalignment between the figure and its description in the figure legend and main text. The correct version of Figure 4 with all the data panels is now included.
"ImmuneLENS Characterizes Systemic Immune Dysregulation in Aging and Ca" by Robert Bentham, Thomas P Jones et al.
Abstract Recognition and elimination of pathogens and cancer cells depend on the adaptive immune system. Thus, accurate quantification of immune subsets is vital for precision medicine. We present immune lymphocyte estimation from nucleotide sequencing (ImmuneLENS), which estimates T cell and B cell fractions, class switching and clonotype diversity from whole-genome sequencing data at depths as low as 5× coverage.
Discovery of multi-state gene cluster switches determining the adaptive mitochondrial and metabolic landscape of breast cancer

The impact of cardiac dose on overall survival of thoracic oncology patients following radiotherapy: a systematic review
Meta-analysis of tumor- and T cell-intrinsic mechanisms of sensitization to checkpoint inhibition
Highlights • Large-scale meta-analysis of >1,000 CPI-treated cases with exome/transcriptome data • Clonal TMB and CXCL9/CXCL13 expression are the strongest predictors of CPI response • A multivariable predictor of CPI response significantly outperforms TMB • 9q34 loss and CCND1 amplification are additional determinants of CPI response Summary Checkpoint inhibitors (CPIs) augment adaptive immunity.
