There Is Something NAR Can Do for the MLS....

Recently, I was talking to a friend who works as a senior executive for a major MLS. The conversation turned to all these state laws that are being passed and proposed. Since I've written about many of them, I raised the point to him that these laws hurt the MLS, rather than help them. And in at least two cases, eviscerate the MLS. He did not know what I was talking about.
