MOORHEAD, Minn. — A small farm north of Moorhead is making a big contribution to kids' healthy eating, and nutrition education. Harvest Hope Farm received a state grant last year to build a year-round growing dome. So they decided to give back by donating all the produce they grow in it to a local preschool and childcare center. Harvest Hope Farm has donated over 700 pounds of produce to Peace Academy Preschool in Fargo, North Dakota.

FARGO, N.D. — Kids at Jasmin Child Care and Preschool in Fargo know where some of their food comes from — right down to the row where it was grown. Jasmin Child Care and Preschool was one of 35 early childhood education centers around North Dakota that received a $400 grant to grow a garden this summer.
