2.6. Statistical Analyses All statistical analyses were carried out using R (version 4.1.0) and RStudio (version 1.4.1717) and the analytical process was as follows. i. A Nonlinear Mixed-Effects Models analysis was used on each daily cumulate count (for each combination of substrate and watering treatments) given their non-linear trends over time.
