We live in a great community. Recently, as I was eating lunch off of Fern Avenue, I was in sight of a new Whole Foods market and could literally hear the heavy equipment clearing land for a new retail project. This, in addition to the phenomenal new YMCA that has opened on the riverfront, prompted me to think what a unique time it is for our community. This is a good time for Shreveport and Bossier City.
