Federal law enforcement officials arrested 36-year-old Paul Hyon Kim, a resident of Las Vegas, this week on charges stemming from an attack on a Tesla shop. Kim, who was arraigned in federal court on Thursday, was charged with one count of unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm and one count of arson, the DOJ said in a statement.
