More secure. Like you're finally getting ahead. Instead, you feel poorer than ever. Your rent was $1,400. Now it's $2,100. Groceries were $300 a month. Now they're $550. Your car insurance doubled.
A Dombai család sorsa Kolontár községben
Ezt kellett megtapasztalni a ma szlovákiai Horváti (Chorvatice, Lévai járás) községben született Dombai Lászlónak, húgának és szüleinek, akiket a Veszprém vármegyei Kolontár községbe telepítettek, miután nem írták alá a reszlovakizációs nyilatkozatot. Annak aláírása ugyanis magyar nemzetiségűből szlovák nemzetiségűvé válást jelentett volna.
Joseph J. Colombara
Joseph John Colombara, a nearly lifelong Collinsville resident, passed peacefully on Aug. 27, 2025. Joe, born Oct. 16, 1927, was the son of Joseph and Fannie Colombara. He grew up in his family’s tavern on Lebanon Road. For the next nine decades, he would tell stories about the people who frequented their establishment, of pitching corkball for the older Italians, swimming in Canteen Creek, enjoying his mother’s cooking and scrounging up enough money to beat the heat for a show at Miner’s Theater.
pVACview: an interactive visualization tool for efficient neoantigen prioritization and selection - Genome Medicine
pVACview is written in R and is implemented as part of pVACtools, which is a computational toolkit that helps identify and visualize neoantigen candidates [16, 25]. While pVACview can be used as a stand-alone tool (see “Overall architecture of the software implementation”), we recommend using pVACtools to generate the required inputs in order to access the maximum functionality. Code changes are integrated using GitHub pull requests (https://github.com/griffithlab/pVACtools/pulls).
Neoantigen DNA vaccines are safe, feasible, and induce neoantigen-specific immune responses in triple-negative breast cancer patients - Genome Medicine
Neoantigen DNA vaccines were designed and manufactured while subjects underwent standard therapy (Fig. 1A). Tumor RNA sequencing (using cDNA capture) was performed to assess the expression of somatic mutations. After completion of adjuvant therapy, subjects received three neoantigen DNA vaccinations via electroporation at monthly intervals. A total of 35 patients with TNBC consented to the trial (Fig. 1B).
Why Headline Analyzers Don't Work for "Medium Kind of Stories"
By S. A. Peter Source: S. A. Peter, 2024 I once came across an article on Medium that immediately hit the spot. The four-word headline was fascinating-it would spark the imagination of anyone who read it. And to back up my claims, the story's high engagement level speaks for itself. However, when I analyzed the same headline using Sharethrough Headline Analyzer, the results...

Early versus Delayed Rehabilitation after Acute Muscle Injury
Acute traumatic muscle-strain injuries are common and result in a substantial loss of time and risk of recurrence. Treatment options such as platelet-rich plasma are ineffective.1 The extent to which the timing of rehabilitation influences clinical recovery of strain injuries remains unknown. We investigated whether early or delayed use of injured musculotendinous tissue affected recovery after acute muscle-strain injuries.

Generation of Highly Oblique Lower-band Chorus via Nonlinear Three-wave Resonance
Chorus in the inner magnetosphere has been observed frequently at geomagnetically active times, typically exhibiting a two-band structure with a quasi-parallel lower-band and an upper-band with a broad range of wave normal angles. But recent observations by Van Allen Probes confirm another type of lower-band chorus, which has a large wave normal angle close to the resonance cone angle.
