Abstract Purpose To synthesise qualitative evidence on the self‑management needs, preferences and coping strategies of adults living with lumbar radicular pain (LRP), and to identify content for supported self‑management. Materials and methods A systematic qualitative evidence synthesis was conducted using Joanna Briggs Institute guidance and the ConQual approach. MEDLINE, CINAHL and PsycINFO were searched from inception to 26 December 2025, with additional citation searching.

What Apps Exist That Can Be Leveraged for Speech and Language Surveillance in Children? A Scoping Review
This scoping review sort to identify and evaluate apps designed to screen or monitor speech, language, and communication (SLC) development in young children. Ten apps were identified, targeting various SLC domains, with four able to process data, while the others required downloading and processing with external software. This review suggests that apps have the potential to revolutionise the screening of SLC in young children at a population level, although more research is needed.

Discussion The current study sought to summarise previous reviews of outcome measures, assessments and interventions for SSD of unknown origin using an umbrella review methodology. Using a previously published umbrella review protocol,31 we identified 18 reviews. The critical appraisal undertaken on the reviews found that the majority (12) of the studies were rated as ‘critically low’.
