Thousands more flights were scrapped on Monday as the disruption in global air travel triggered by the US-Israel war on Iran persisted. Nearly 2,800 flights were scrapped on Saturday, and 3,156 cancelled on Sunday, according to the tracking platform FlightAware. Some flights to Cyprus have also been impacted.
