1 Background Nearly 1 in 4 Americans experience chronic nasal congestion on a daily basis. For those that present to an otolaryngologist's office, nasal congestion or obstruction can be due to a wide variety of etiologies, with many resulting from an inflammatory, infectious, or anatomic cause, though commonly a combination.

Introduction For patients seeking chondrolaryngoplasty, little data exists on the visible differences between cisgender laryngeal prominences. This study aimed to establish a method for quantifying measurements of the laryngeal prominence in cis-females and -males using 2D photography to aid pre-operative counseling and surgical planning. Method A retrospective review of frontal and lateral photographs of cisgender adults from a facial plastics clinic at an academic center was conducted.

1 Literature Review A literature search was conducted via PubMed and Cochrane library using keywords including “ophthalmology,” “consult,” “evaluation,” “orbital,” “fracture,” “ocular,” and “injury.” Recent and/or frequently cited studies were selected, which provided details on the association between orbital fractures and ocular trauma.
