How is social media changing news?
It's changing the way that people consume and perceive news, specifically in the sense of skepticism/research and access to quick facts.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Going for a hike, or dancing (AKA... far from my laptop.)
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
It's not as important as hard news/politics. I think it's important to understand the community and neighbors around you & see the good.
