Social media has become a tool that drives people to our news sites. It also allows viewers to help with news gathering and watch the proces.

Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

As a life long superhero fanatic, it has to be Spider-Man! Peter Parker is the epitome of doing good for your community while reporting.

What's the worst pitch you ever got?

I once got an invitation to try a restaurant's new pina colada-themed menu. I'm allergic to coconut.

What's your favorite drink?

My favorite drink is a butterscotch coffee. It tastes like a hug in a cup.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

I'm likely out running with my dog, Nugget. She's a big ball of energy and still a puppy, so we are training for a 5k!
