DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A Miami Valley county has changed its zoning rules to fight back against the rise of data centers, and now its leaders are explaining why. The Clark County Board of Commissioners passed a vote to classify any data center that would come to the area under an Industrial-2 designation that would require any company looking to build a center to jump through extensive hoops to get their project off the ground.
