Scott Eblin is an executive coach, speaker, and author of two books, The Next Level: What Insiders Know about Executive Success and Overworked and Overwhelmed: The Mindfulness Alternative. He’s a graduate of Harvard, teaches leadership coaching at Georgetown University, and is a registered yoga teacher. He lives in Los Angeles.
