The Pirates ended their perfect season with a 15-0 record. The win also marked the third time this season the Tots bested the Falcons, who were the defending league champions after outlasting the Pirates 6-0 back in 2019.

44 Tottenville beats Frederick Douglass Academy 9-5 in a boys’ PSAL City AA Lacrosse Championship game They say all you need is a little bit of luck. Well, how about some Lutz? A lot of it, actually. That would be Aidan and Jesse Lutz of course, attack wingmen and brothers representing the newly minted PSAL A Division Lacrosse champions, the No. 1 seeded Pirates of Tottenville, who were winners by a score of 9-5 against No. 2 seed and familiar foe Frederick Douglass Academy Tuesday night.

Leading by five goals at the half (6-1), the Falcons (13-3) saw a different team entirely in the third on both sides of the field. The 17-run differential marks the worst loss of the young season for Edgardo Alfonzo’s group, who had come up short in relatively close affairs in each of their 10 previous losses.

Joseph Parker - Under Achiever, Or Just Not That Good?
Boxing News 24 Forum Forums > Boxing > World Boxing Forum > Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by lynx_land, Dec 13, 2021 at 12:27 PM. What is your verdict on Parker at this stage, do you think he would be a serious contender to beat Fury, Joshua, Wilder, Usyk etc. if he got it together? Or do you think that he has been overhyped from day one, and apart from possessing a granite chin was never going to be good enough to mix it with the best in the division?
Joshua vs Usyk size difference.
JDub said: ↑ yeah even in the Chisora fight he held a reach advantage, and he struggled with the physicality there if you ask me. don’t get me wrong, Usyk holds advantages in other areas but size, strength and power aren’t any of them. Click to expand... I think he’s around 4 inches taller but even a 3” advantage is significant when you factor in all the other physical considerations.
Did Wilder Cement his place among the ATG because of the Fury 3 fight?

Mike Tyson his long time critic also tweeted so. No. His stock did go up for me. Not because he showed any improvement with his boxing but he showed good heart, almost recklessly stepping in with hands down at times. Have to give him credit for putting up a fight.
Who will Wilder fight next?

Late-game heroics to thank in Sea’s 27-14 homecoming victory over Fordham Prep (PHOTOS)
The Fordham Prep Rams were marching down the field for a majority of the fourth quarter with their sights set on finding the end zone quickly and getting the ball back in a one-possession game. Following a pass interference call on St. Joseph by-the-Sea that advanced the Rams 15 hashes and eventually inside the 10, it looked like Sea would need to get their onside unit ready and hope for the best. Cristian ‘CC’ Clavell, senior running back and corner back for the Vikings, had other plans.
EXPOSED AGAIN!

Many of us have said for years that Joshua was a hype job, if he was in there with Fury or even Wilder it would of been dangerous for Joshua. An over the hill Wlad is the only legit win on Joshua's record. EXPOSED by Ruiz, EXPOSED by Usyk! No wonder he has been running from Fury and Wilder.

HS football: Curtis overcomes ‘slow start’ to steamroll Lincoln, 35-7
Running back Sam Martin enroute to one of his two touchdowns Friday against Lincoln. (Photo courtesy of Kara Buzga) If last spring’s undefeated COVID-shortened season wasn’t an indication of how strong the Curtis Warriors look, maybe their 2-0 start over formidable PSAL foes - in which they’ve outscored opponents 67-7 -- will be convincing enough.
