At the request of Pennsylvania State Police, a team from the ANNA Shelter spent seven hours removing 64 dogs and puppies from a home, with some of them described as “actively dying”. There were also two cats rescued from the scene south of erie. Since the rescue, the ANNA Shelter has been doing medical exams and setting up treatment plans.
