Shanghai’s first Black Fashion Week is just days around the corner, offering young designers across China a chance to step into the spotlight and launch their brands in one of the most thriving markets in the world. Ahead of the launch, five movers and shakers behind the event to share their stories as creatives of colour in 21st-century China.

The U.S. is full of exciting destinations where you can enjoy wine tours and tastings, from traditional hotspots (think Napa Valley) to small-town gems. Historic progress was been made from the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell to the legalization of same-sex marriage. The US is fast becoming a country where queer travelers can feel comfortable showing their true colors. The whole country is becoming more LGBT friendly, and that opens the map up to some fantastic destinations.
