Response The recent Feature by Cockburn and Large Reference Cockburn and Large1 uses brief vignettes to illustrate what they see as the potential pitfalls of using the OxSATS risk prediction tool for suicide to aid clinical decision-making. In the Feature the authors create eight vignettes, which they then use to calculate risk percentages with the freely available online OxSATS risk calculator (https://oxrisk.com/oxsats/).
