In South Korea, the average senior-level human resource manager earns between $65,000 and $72,000 annually in a field where Black women are significantly underrepresented. This salary range is also 31 percent greater than the annualized median salary of Black women in 2025 ($49,712). In Germany, Korea, and Austria, where the share of women healthcare workers is over 75 percent, the average annual income ranges from $88,000 to $160,000 for nursing and hospital administration.
