Abstract Tourism commercialization poses growing challenges to the preservation of authenticity in historic districts. Current conservation practices often focus on physical spaces, yet may overlook the integrity of “Scenes” as an integration of material and intangible elements, potentially leading to a fragmented loss of authenticity.

A DNA concatemer-encoded CRISPR/Cas12a fluorescence sensor for sensitive detection of Pb2+ based on DNAzymes† Lead pollution presents a significant threat to ecological systems and human health, underscoring the urgent need for highly sensitive detection methods. Herein, we introduce a novel DNA concatemer-encoded CRISPR/Cas12a fluorescence sensor (MDD-Cas12a) for sensitive detection of Pb2+ based on DNAzymes.

Improper urethral catheterization may lead to complications such as urethral injury, catheter entanglement and urinary tract infection. Most of the related literature has focused on aseptic surgical technique, but there are no guidelines on the optimal insertion length for neonatal urinary catheterization. To explore the external anatomical landmarks for urethral catheter positioning in male newborns. This research is based on an observational study in Beijing Children's Hospital, China.
