The "Himani" and "Jaren" toddler boots made by Cat & Jack have a toggle that can become detached and pose a choking hazard to little ones. Wilbur Beast the French bulldog is the new Mayor of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky. The Boone County river community has elected a dog mayor since the late 1990s to raise money for the Rabbit Hash Historical Society. Each vote equals a dollar donation. Wilbur beat out a beagle named Jack Rabbitand a Golden Retrievernamed Poppy, who came in second and third place, making them both Rabbit Hash Ambassadors. The mayoral election raised over 13-thousand dollars. The race was the largest ever for the town.
