Bon Iver frontman returns to Eaux Claires as 'Bon Dylan'

The Eaux Claires Music and Arts Festival is returning after an eight-year hiatus at a new location in Carson Park. Justin Vernon will perform a tribute to Bob Dylan under the name "Bon Dylan" instead of with his band Bon Iver. This year's lineup includes headliner Aimee Mann, Kevin Morby, and various Minnesota-based artists. Justin Vernon, the indie folk superstar from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, really loves his hometown’s Carson Park.
